process involves following major stages : |

design,

flow analysis,
- Mold
manufacturing,
- Production,
- Branding
and printing.

Conceptual
design/Industrial design, choosing few samples
out of which a couple of designs are approved
by the customer along with changes/suggestions.
Final design is approved along with detailings
by the customers. The design is validated
through Analysis (FEM/FEA), fitment and
functional testing in real world for which
few samples are made through rapid prototyping
route.

The
approved samples and designs are subjected
to mold design and tooling design. For this
mold flow analysis is also done to optimize
design and overcome drawbacks like shrinkages,
cooling, post filling etc. requirements.

|
Finally
the part is manufactured which could be
Injection moulding, Blow moulding for plastic
components.
